You have to love a company that sends you both skincare AND chocolate so you can imagine my squealing when I got my first (of what I can only assume will be dozens) Valentine from Kiehl’s today.

I’ve been meaning to do a blog post about Kiehl’s for a while now. Since they opened their new Belfast store last autumn and the lovely Paula gave me a skin care consultation and what can only be described as a sack of products to try out I’ve been falling more and more in love with them.

Forgive the lack of pictures, some wee hallion has run off with my phone.

My hero products so far are the Ultimate Strength Hand Salve, which has actually cleared up some rather nasty dermatitis on my hands and their epidural re-texturising micro-dermabrasion which is a little like a good night’s sleep in a tube. You wake up baby-faced and radiant.

I’ve also been trying out Kiehl’s Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Cream which manages to be incredibly dense but not at all greasy, and Powerful Strength Line-Reducing Concentrate which is amazing, it actually warms up when you apply.

If you get the chance nip into Kiehl’s which is just beside Victoria Square in Belfast. I haven’t yet had a single bad result from this company and I’m honestly not just saying that because they sent me chocolate!
