The Merchant Hotel’s Fashion Teas

Starting with one of the Merchant’s decadent afternoon teas  (the macaroons are to die for), accompanied by a glass of Moet and then followed by a fashion show of some of the most stunning names in Belfast fashion, these are the perfect chance for a ladies day out.

The fashion teas have been running for a couple of years now and are becoming not just a place to see, but to be seen. There is as much style off the catwalk as on it. The surroundings of the Rita Duffy Suite are sumptuous and, as you would expect, the staff at the Merchant ensure you want for nothing. I’m just gutted I’ll miss them this year as I’ll be away.

Fashion in Northern Ireland has certainly been on the up and there are some very talented names on the bill this September. Ruedi Maguire will be showing his amazing designs…
